Rezza has always been an early adopter in digital. She spearheaded the first digital marketing and social media engagement efforts of the biggest telco players in the Philippines in 2007. She successfully led the PR and digital marketing efforts of the now-defunct Sandbox, a mobile-based social media platform created for the Philippine market, that was awarded a Gold medal at the Philippine Boomerang Awards.
In 2012, she started as guest lecturer for the Certified Digital Marketer (CDM) Program, and in the same year became a sought-after subject matter expert, known for her highly-interactive and engaging training style. She is also Co-Director for the CDM Program for Pharma Marketing. Through CDM, she has done numerous face-to-face trainings and webinars for over a thousand professionals on the topics of Digital Strategy, Consumer Profiling, Customer Journey and Digital Marketing Frameworks and Fundamentals.
Today she is co-Founder and Chief Digital Officer of Cobena Business Analytics & Strategy, Inc., a management consultancy company whose work revolves around data science and business intelligence, and merges both left and right-brained approaches in providing solutions for both local and international clients.
In her line of work, she has worked with clients such as Unilever, Google, Toyota, Nestle, Sanofi, Pfizer, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Del Monte, 3M Philippines, Glaxo-SmithKline, ABS-CBN, Fonterra, Ayala Land, PLDT, among others.
